I caught up with bandmate Laura in between an ice cream truck and a sunglasses stand, here’s what she had to say…

JW: What is one of your favorite sounds and what does it mean to you?
LS: the pools results being read out on the radio on a Saturday
it reminds me of weekends at home

JW: Tell me about one of your most cherished records and why it is so important to you.
LS: ramones debut album
from the first time i heard it and still now every second of this album is just perfect to me
good for dancing in your front room

JW: Who is a woman that has inspired you in your life, musically or otherwise?
