Neonbabies was a Berln based pop punk band active between 1978 - 1983 featuring Inga Humpe on vocals, Nikolaus Polak on guitar, Conny Cool on bass, Reinhard Meermann on sax and Tony Nissl on drums.

Inga and her sister Annette Humpe were very prolific in the Neu Deutsche Welle scene at the time. Annette garned fame in her own right as the singer and keyboardist for the band Ideal. Together the two formed the band DÖF (Deutsch-Österreichisches Feingefühl) between 1983 -1984 and later Humpe & Humpe.

After a long hiatus from the music business Inga returned to the scene in 2000 as singer and creative impetus for the electro pop band 2raumwohnung together with Tommi Eckart.
